These terms apply to direct accommodation enquiries and bookings made through SDV Work Stays, including through sdvworkstays.com, email, telephone or WhatsApp.
The accommodation supplier for each property is:

Enquiries are managed centrally by SDV Work Stays. The applicable accommodation supplier will be identified in the quotation, booking confirmation, accommodation agreement and invoice.

An enquiry, quotation or indication of availability does not constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking is confirmed only when the applicable accommodation supplier issues written confirmation and any required first payment has been received or successfully authorised.
The lead guest must be at least 18 years old, remain at the property throughout the booking and have authority to accept these terms on behalf of every guest included in the booking. Photographic identification may be requested.
The accommodation supplier may decline an enquiry or booking where reasonable identification, verification, payment or other required information is not provided.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
Unless a written quotation states differently:
Any cleaning fee, pet fee, security deposit or other additional charge will be shown before the booking is confirmed.
Ashford and Staines bookings made through the website may be paid through the payment method provided by SDV Work Stays Limited.
Walton-on-Thames is an enquiry-only property. Its accommodation agreement, invoice and payment instructions are issued by PRR Home Stays Limited. Payment must only be made to the bank account or payment method identified on the PRR Home Stays Limited invoice.
Failure to pay by the stated deadline may result in the booking being cancelled.
Cancellation must be sent in writing by email or through the relevant booking conversation.
Unless the quotation or booking confirmation states otherwise:
No refund is due for an early departure, unused nights, late arrival or failure to arrive.
Any request to change the dates, property or number of guests is subject to availability and may result in a revised price. A requested change is not effective until it has been confirmed in writing.
A security deposit may be required depending on the property, booking length and payment method.
For standard Ashford and Staines direct bookings, a £250 card pre-authorisation may be taken one day before arrival and released after departure if no claim is made.
For longer Ashford or Staines bookings, a refundable deposit may instead be charged and held for the duration of the stay. The amount and payment arrangements will be stated in the quotation or accommodation agreement.
For Walton-on-Thames bookings, PRR Home Stays Limited may require a £350 refundable security deposit, collected separately from the accommodation payment.
A security deposit may be used towards reasonable costs arising from:
Any proposed deduction will be explained and supported with appropriate evidence where reasonably possible.
The guest remains responsible for any losses or costs exceeding the amount of the security deposit. Nothing in these terms permits an unreasonable or unsupported deduction.
Only guests included in the confirmed booking may stay overnight at the property.
Day visitors require prior written approval and must not cause the property’s maximum occupancy to be exceeded.
The lead guest is responsible for the conduct of all registered guests and approved visitors.
Bookings may not be transferred, resold, sublet or used to accommodate anyone who has not been disclosed to the accommodation supplier.
Pets are only permitted where the individual property listing allows them and prior written approval has been obtained.
Where a pet is accepted, a fee of £45 per pet, per stay applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pets must not be left unattended or permitted on beds or furniture. Any additional property-specific pet rules provided before arrival must also be followed.
Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning, nuisance or damage caused by a pet.
The Staines property does not normally accept pets unless a specific written exception has been agreed before booking.
Nothing in this section limits any legal obligations relating to assistance animals.
Unless confirmed otherwise in writing:
Arrival, parking and access instructions are provided before check-in once all required payments, identification, verification and documentation have been completed.
Unauthorised late checkout may incur reasonable additional charges, including cleaner waiting time and losses affecting an incoming booking.

A serious breach may result in the booking being ended without refund, subject to applicable law.
Guests must leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition, place rubbish in the designated bins and follow the checkout instructions.
The standard cleaning fee does not cover excessive cleaning, stains, damage, waste removal or additional work resulting from a breach of the house rules.
Guests should check that they have collected all personal belongings before departure.
The accommodation supplier is not responsible for storing or returning belongings left at the property, although reasonable efforts may be made to assist. Postage, packaging and handling charges may apply.
The accommodation supplier or its authorised representatives may enter the property where reasonably necessary in an emergency, for urgent maintenance, to address a safety concern, to comply with a legal obligation or to prevent significant damage.
For non-urgent access during a stay, reasonable notice will normally be provided.
Guests must report faults promptly and allow reasonable access for inspections or repairs.
Reasonable efforts are made to provide the advertised utilities, Wi-Fi, appliances and facilities.
Temporary interruptions outside the accommodation supplier’s reasonable control do not automatically entitle the guest to a refund.
Where a significant problem occurs, it must be reported promptly and the accommodation supplier must be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
The accommodation supplier may cancel a booking if the property becomes unavailable because of an emergency, serious damage, safety concern or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Where the accommodation supplier cancels the booking and cannot offer a suitable alternative, any money paid for the affected booking will be refunded.
The accommodation supplier will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any applicable statutory rights.
Guests remain responsible for their own vehicles, valuables and personal belongings except where a loss results from the accommodation supplier’s legal fault.
Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel, cancellation and personal-property insurance.
Any problem should be reported as soon as reasonably possible during the stay so that there is an opportunity to investigate and resolve it.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.
Information relating to Walton-on-Thames enquiries and bookings may be shared with PRR Home Stays Limited so that it can contract with the guest, issue invoices, receive payment and manage the stay.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
Nothing in these terms affects a guest’s statutory rights.
The terms applying to a booking are the terms provided or available when the booking is confirmed.
Updated terms will apply only to subsequent bookings unless a change is required by law or agreed in writing.
